Title: Guests: Please Read All Listing Details and View Every Photo Before Booking

Booking a stay requires more than a quick glance at the first few images. Thoroughly review the entire photo gallery, read the complete listing details, and familiarize yourself with the house rules and cancellation policy before you confirm your reservation. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask the host for clarification.

Practical guidance:
– If a photo shows a manual keybox, that indicates a physical key inside. If you prefer an electronic keypad, choose a listing that mentions that feature.
– If you see a double bed but need a king, skip those listings and select one that offers a king bed.
– If onsite, off-street parking is essential for you, avoid places that list on-street parking.

Constructive feedback is welcome, but negative reviews should reflect a mismatch between expectations and policy rather than a mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered. If a stay doesn’t meet your preferences (e.g., bed size or location), consider private feedback to the host and, if necessary, choose a different listing next time.

Bottom line: Don’t penalize the host in your review for fulfilling what they advertised. Use reviews to reflect the alignment between your needs and what the listing offers.
