Hotels and Guest Houses

I will never use Airbnb again (Nightmare Guest and horrible customer service)

Dear hosts: for the love of god please stop prefilling every surface with aesthetic clutter. [Everywhere]

Listing said “Entire holiday home” but in reality there is a bedroom rented out as a separate dwelling

No, your guests are not naughty children [United Kingdom]

I discovered that Airbnb has had a data breach but they will not listen to me

Airbnb claimed I overstayed by a week, suspended my account and stole my money

Host left house rule in “About this space” not in house rules

AirBnB scam costs me $6.3K and 5 days of terrible stress.
